Forgejo first. Private Forgejo repos are the
primary operating model and source of truth for FROM House and RELiK
repo work.
GitHub secondary. Use GitHub only as a supplemental
cloud surface, salvage source, external collaboration surface, or when
MJF explicitly asks for it.
API over clone. For single-file operations, use the
Forgejo API — no clone needed.
Lifecycle protocol. Before creating or materially
editing durable artifacts, read
PILLARS/SPIRIT/protocols/lifecycle/CURRENT.md and classify
as SPARK, SEED, SPROUT, POD, or outside lifecycle.
Repo registry gate. Before creating, cloning,
moving, archiving, or replacing a durable repo, read
PILLARS/STONES/KEYS/repos/repo-registry.json and the
generated snapshot beside it.
Bootstrap gate. Do not perform Forgejo mutation,
secrets work, service repair, feed publishing, SpacePort work, or new
harness setup before from-house-secrets doctor passes.
Secrets garden gate. Do not paste raw secrets.
Bootstrap first, then use
from-house-secrets garden-services and
garden-get SERVICE KEY.
Never delete — only graduate forward with
links.
One source of truth. PILLARS is the canonical tree.
