RELiK Naming

When referring to the lab identity, write the name exactly as RELiK.

• Correct: RELiK
• Incorrect: Relic, Relik, RELIK, relic, relik

Speech-to-text may transcribe the name as Relic or another variant. Treat those variants as input noise and normalize them to RELiK in durable docs, issues, commits, feed text, and agent output unless quoting an external source verbatim.
