Investigation Notes
(2026-05-22)
- Signal: While working in terminal over Moonlight,
process aborts with “operation aborted”
- Suspected causes: Read commands + VPS harness
dependencies not clearly configured. Or: overly strict protocol on the
VPS instance (driven by privacy/security) that over-hedges — token
limits, turn limits, output caps, sensitive data cut-offs. Not
confirmed.
- History: Previously investigated with smart models.
Problem persists — not solved yet.
- Streaming quality: Fine. Works well — good enough
as a primitive MVP. Not the bottleneck.
- Topology: RG → Moonlight → VPS. Streamed back to
RG. Possible cleaner approach exists (no Moonlight) with past precedent
— flag to explore later.
- Hardware + mobile data: Considerations exist,
ingredients available — explore at start of process.
