Flag 46 (where to begin): That IS the session.
Start with the most tangible base surface — what signals am I aware of?
What inventory can I list? Incomplete, in-flight, living documents are
fine. Then: what do signals tell us about needs, problems, challenges,
considerations? What tools/signals correlate? When those are in place,
we cross the threshold and say “this is the shape.”
Guiding philosophy: Food needs to be chewed before
swallowed. If the answer is “we don’t know yet,” the starting point is
always: what’s the most tangible surface? What do we have? What signals?
What challenges? What clear insights? That directs the next step. Never
prematurely define, design, or solve.
Flag 47 (boundary): Pearl OS has primacy but
expands well beyond. 1.8TB of unorganized data will reveal more.
Belongings pre-Pearl. Hardware devices (Wii, PS2, Dreamcast, PSP, RG40)
— all may have new life for use cases we’re not aware of. This is what
the work entails.
Flag 48 (Rise of RELiK clones): Don’t know the
distinction between Rise of RELiK, Rise-of-RELiK-clone, and Rise of Pi.
THIS is the problem. Need to understand what exists that can be archived
or folded into something else — minimize surface occupation, lower
noise, upgrade signal.
Flag 49 (repo vs. seedbank): Don’t know — needs
consideration. Even if it starts as a repo because there’s no better
starting answer, it must be allowed to evolve and adapt as foundation
stuff becomes clearer.
