work (needs → design → harden) still required before final ecosystem
shape is known.
Flag 30 (sync direction): Don’t know yet. All the
process work needs to happen first — understand needs, outline
requirements, design tools, harden.
Flag 31 (existing extensions): CryptPad has both
Kanban and Calendar. Problem: we don’t know the unified convergent
structure across all surfaces. CryptPad doesn’t support iframe/external
serving — key constraint for unification. Weighty principle: simplicity
of mechanism, integration.
Flag 32 (CryptPad-only vs. ecosystem-wide): Don’t
know yet. Binding membrane concept extends to entire ecosystem. Shape
unknown until inventory/research/design work happens.
