11b. Prospective Costs (Wishlist) - Interesting tools, services, candidates — even without specific process/project yet - Cross-pollination lens: a service might serve multiple purposes (e.g., Backblaze for one project also serves CryptoPortico, budgeted into Restless Egg) - Keep open to unanticipated applications
