everything allowed to drift + everything not yet defined. Analogy: a
constitution or manifesto vs. the country that exists — the ratified
charter is the intent; how it meets reality defines what was resilient.
Next inhale: review what survived, what didn’t, signals point to next
shape.
Flag 16 (single doc vs constellation): Not known
yet. What we do know: broad meta-principles exist (unified,
consolidated, easy to check, functional, easy to interact with/update,
logged, good version control). Can’t predefine prematurely — part of the
outset process for this session.
