Currently we have: - Channel 1: “ErsatzTV” (default, auto-created) - Channel 2: “Kimi K Pit” (our custom scripted channel)

We need to decide: 1. What channels do we want? (how many, what themes) 2. What do we call them? (names, branding) 3. What’s on each channel? (content strategy)
