Scope: Medium
MJF direction: - Prefer dark-mode/default-dark treatment. - Strip donate/unnecessary CryptPad branding where feasible. - Retain functional text, file controls, app labels, and workspace widgets.
Light examples: - Adjust colors, density, background, icon feel. - Restyle sidebar and toolbars without changing behavior. - Tune app launcher/create modal visuals. - Do not restructure storage model, file tree behavior, or drag/drop assumptions.

What is on it: - New document/app selection. - App icons and names. - Template/owned/expiring pad options depending config.
Scope: Medium
MJF direction: - Keep all needed tools functional. - De-vanilla the visual presentation, but do not rename or obscure tool purpose. - Dark-mode styling preferred.
Light examples: - Recolor or replace app icons. - Change card spacing, panel style, and visual hierarchy. - Hide unused apps through config if desired. - Preserve all selected tools and creation behavior.
